Dear Friends,

Last year, many of you generously supported the many shelter kitties at Adopt A Cat Foundation, Inc. Your donations helped feed, buy medicine, and pay for shelter expenses.

You were so kind. From our hearts, we thank you.

Sadly, our funds are completely depleted, and our financial cross is heavy. We are very worried that we will not be able to carry on the mission of maintaining the shelter and provide the standard of care that these special orphans deserve.

The Adopt A Cat Foundation, Inc. doesn’t receive government subsidies, nor do we have corporate sponsors. (We are trying, and it would be a blessing if that were the case.) AAC is truly a grass roots shelter, operating through the kindness of a small yet hard working group of volunteers, individual contributors, and fundraising events like our annual raffle. Unlike other facilities, not a single officer or director is paid a penny. Yet our expenses are too many, our numbers too great, our shelter too limited, and our adoptions too few.

So, we must do the only thing we can. We must beg for help. Will you please, please help us this year?

For each $5 donation, one "Lucky Cat Raffle" ticket is entered in the contributor’s name. For each $25 donation, six raffle tickets are entered in your name, giving you a bonus of one extra entry. You could win $500 or more.

The "voiceless" kitties you save can’t thank you. In fact, they will never know you. What they know is that everyday someone feeds them, and gives them a roof under which to sleep.

That someone is you — someone wonderful.

We hope that you find it within your means to help this often forgotten shelter.
